Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

Before returning any item, please contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a Goods Return Number (GRN). No returns will be accepted without this number. All returned items are subject to inspection before a credit will be issued. 
For items covered under warranty, manufacturers require us to send products back to them for inspection. We cannot issue credit until approved by the manufacturer. Returns of certain products may need to be made to the manufacturer directly by the customer, and are subject to approval by the manufacturer. All return items must be shipped prepaid and contain a copy of original invoice or order receipt. Return shipping costs to the manufacturer are subject to the manufacturers policy. 
No returns will be accepted after 30 days. 
All non-defective items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Non-defective items must be returned within 30 days from the date of invoice and will be shipped back at the customers expense. We must receive items in undamaged original packaging, unused condition, with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories included. Misused items will be returned to the customer, at the customers' expense. Replacement items will be billed to the customers' account until the credit is issued. If you prefer a refund, payment will be in the same form as the original payment.

Customers not in the continental United States should be expecting a call from us confirming true shipping costs. Again, due to our cost for intercontinental shipping your shipping charges will likely be higher than the calculated cost.

Most packages are shipped via UPS.  However, larger orders such as countertops, tables, vanities etc. will be shipped by freight, and may take a day or two longer to receive.
